What are Announcements?

Announcements are messages sent by administrators to communicate with platform users. They come in two types:

• Step Announcements are sent to specific teams within a program step, allowing targeted communication with selected participants.
• Global Announcements are sent to a broader audience based on dynamic criteria such as community membership, locale, or program participation.

The Announcements API allows you to create and send both types of announcements, with support for draft, scheduled, and immediate delivery.
